“PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Board of Elections of the Huntington Manor Fire District shall meet on the
27th day of November, 2009 between the hours of 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Huntington Manor Fire House, 1650 New
York Avenue, Huntington Station, NY for the purpose of preparing the rolls of registered voters of the Huntington Manor Fire
District. The annual election will be held on the 8th day of December, 2009, between the hours
of 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Huntington Manor Fire District.
Please note that only those persons who have registered with the County Board of Elections on or before the 16th day
of November shall be eligible to vote.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the annual election of the Huntington Manor Fire District will take place
on December 8, 2009 between the hours of 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at the Huntington Manor Fire District, 1650 New York Avenue,
Huntington Station, NY for the purpose of electing one Commissioner for a five year term, commencing January 1, 2010, and
ending December 31, 2014.
All duly registered residents of the Huntington Manor Fire District shall be eligible to vote.
